These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the 2xwinner platform, including all games, betting markets, payment services, and promotional offers. Please read this document carefully before registering an account or placing any wager. By accessing 2xwinner, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.
2xwinner is strictly for adults aged 18 years and over. Age verification is mandatory during account registration. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 18 will be immediately suspended and any funds forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.
All players must complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before withdrawing funds. Accepted documents include National ID card, passport, and driving licence. Verification protects both the player and the integrity of the platform.

Eligibility & Age Restriction
Minimum Age: Access to 2xwinner and all of its gaming and betting services is strictly restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
Geographic Eligibility: 2xwinner is operated for and marketed to players in Bangladesh. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by local law do so entirely at their own risk and legal responsibility. 2xwinner makes no representations about the legality of its services in any jurisdiction outside its intended market.
Age Verification Process: During the registration process, all Players are required to confirm their date of birth and agree that they are 18 or older. 2xwinner reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time — including during registration, before processing a withdrawal, or during a routine account review. Accepted documents include:
- National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Government of Bangladesh
- Valid passport (any nationality, with clearly visible date of birth)
- Government-issued driving licence with photograph and date of birth
- Birth certificate (supplementary document, may be requested alongside a photo ID)
Underage Accounts: If 2xwinner discovers or has reasonable grounds to suspect that an Account holder is under 18 years of age, the Account will be immediately suspended pending investigation. Any funds deposited by an underage player may be withheld and returned to the original payment method used for deposit, after deducting any winnings generated — as winnings from underage accounts are not paid out under any circumstances.
Single Account Rule: Each eligible individual may register only one Account on 2xwinner. Registering multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or using different personal details — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.
Responsible Use of Parental Controls: If you share a device with minors, you are responsible for ensuring that they cannot access your 2xwinner Account. We strongly recommend using device-level parental controls and keeping your account credentials private. If you believe a minor has accessed your Account, contact our support team immediately at support@2xwinner.
Account Registration & Verification
Registration Requirements: To open an Account on 2xwinner, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. All information provided during registration must match the details on your government-issued identity documents.
Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for keeping your Account information accurate and current. If your contact details, address, or payment method information changes, you must update your Account profile promptly. 2xwinner will not be responsible for failed payments, missed communications, or delayed withdrawals resulting from outdated Account information provided by the Player.
Account Credentials: Upon registration you will create a username and password for your Account. You must keep these credentials strictly confidential. You must not share your login details with any third party. 2xwinner will never contact you by email, live chat, or any other channel to ask for your password. Any suspicious requests for your password should be reported to our support team immediately.
KYC Verification: Before processing any withdrawal request, 2xwinner requires all Players to complete the KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification process. This involves submitting a clear photograph or scan of one of the following: National ID Card, passport, or driving licence. In addition, a proof of address document may be requested — acceptable documents include a recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three months and showing your name and current address.
Verification Timeline: Once submitted, KYC documents are reviewed within 24–48 hours under normal operating conditions. During peak periods, verification may take up to 72 hours. Players will be notified via email or in-platform notification once their verification is approved or if additional documentation is required.
Account Security: 2xwinner employs 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption across all pages and transactions. We strongly recommend that Players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their Accounts where available. Players are responsible for any activity conducted through their Account, including unauthorised access resulting from negligent handling of login credentials.
Account Inactivity
An Account is considered inactive if no login activity is recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. Prior to applying an inactivity status, 2xwinner will send a notification to the registered email address on the Account. Accounts with a remaining real-money balance will have those funds preserved; however, any Bonus Funds remaining on an inactive Account will be voided 30 days after the Account is classified as inactive. Players wishing to reactivate an inactive Account should contact support at support@2xwinner.
Deposits & Withdrawals
Deposits
Accepted Payment Methods: 2xwinner currently accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, BRAC Bank transfer, City Bank transfer, Sonali Bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit on 2xwinner is ৳500 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by the Platform, though individual payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) may apply their own transaction limits in accordance with Bangladesh Bank regulations.
Deposit Processing Time: Deposits via mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are credited to the Player's Account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business hours to be reflected in the Account balance depending on the sending bank's processing schedule.
Own Funds Only: Players may only deposit funds that belong to them personally. Depositing funds on behalf of a third party, or using a payment method that is not registered in your own name, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
Currency: All deposits are accepted in BDT. If a Player attempts to deposit in a foreign currency using Visa or Mastercard, the card issuer will apply its standard foreign exchange conversion rate; 2xwinner does not control or take responsibility for this conversion. The Platform account balance is always displayed in BDT.
Withdrawals
Eligibility: Withdrawals are available only to Players who have completed KYC verification. Withdrawal requests submitted before KYC completion will be placed on hold until verification is approved.
Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 per transaction. The maximum withdrawal per day is subject to the Player's account verification tier and the withdrawal method selected. Players may contact support for information about their specific withdrawal limits.
Processing Time: Withdrawal requests are processed within 15–30 minutes for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) for fully verified accounts in good standing. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–2 business days. During periods of high demand or for first-time withdrawals, processing may take up to 24 hours.
Withdrawal Method Matching: 2xwinner applies a withdrawal-method matching policy: withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. If the original deposit method is unavailable, alternative arrangements will be agreed with the Player via the support team.
Bonus Funds: Only real-money funds — and bonus-derived winnings that have met the applicable wagering requirement — are eligible for withdrawal. Unconverted Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn and will remain in the Account until either the wagering requirement is met or the promotion period expires.
Bonuses & Promotions
General Bonus Terms: All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and any other promotional incentives offered by 2xwinner are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer. These general Terms & Conditions form the overarching framework within which all promotion-specific terms operate. In the event of a conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term will prevail for that promotion.
Welcome Bonus: New Players are eligible for a 100% first-deposit match bonus up to ৳20,000 on their first qualifying deposit. The welcome bonus is available to new Players who register an account, complete basic verification, and make a minimum first deposit of ৳500. The welcome bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 30x the combined deposit and bonus amount on eligible games before any withdrawal may be requested. The welcome bonus is valid for 30 days from the date of credit, after which any unmet wagering requirement will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
Promotion Eligibility: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all promotions on 2xwinner are available to verified Players in Bangladesh with accounts in good standing. Players who have self-excluded, been placed on a deposit-limit restriction that renders them ineligible, or who are under investigation for terms violations are not eligible to participate in promotions during that period.
Abuse of Promotions: 2xwinner reserves the right to void bonus credits and associated winnings, and to close the Account of any Player found to be exploiting promotional offers in bad faith. This includes but is not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once, using a technical exploit or arbitrage strategy to generate risk-free profit from bonus offers, or colluding with other Players to meet wagering requirements artificially.
Seasonal and Event Promotions: 2xwinner offers seasonal promotions tied to major events including BPL (Bangladesh Premier League), IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (December 16), and Independence Day (March 26). These promotions will have their own specific eligibility criteria, minimum stake requirements, and expiry dates published at the time of the offer. Players should check the Promotions section of the Platform regularly for current offers.
Cashback Offers: Where cashback is offered, it will be calculated on net losses over the specified promotional period and credited as Bonus Funds unless the promotion's specific terms state otherwise. Cashback Bonus Funds are subject to a 1x wagering requirement before withdrawal unless stated differently in the promotion's own terms.
Changes to Promotions: 2xwinner reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is terminated early, any wagering requirements already in progress at the time of termination will be respected for a reasonable wind-down period communicated to affected Players.
Gameplay & Betting Rules
Fair Play: All casino games available on 2xwinner use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) supplied by our game provider partners — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. These RNGs are independently tested and certified for fairness. Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Each game on the Platform has its own minimum and maximum stake limits as set by the game provider. These limits are displayed within the game interface. Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by 2xwinner at our sole discretion. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation and a bet reference number. In the event of a technical error preventing confirmation, the bet is considered void and any staked amount will be returned to your balance.
In-Play Betting: 2xwinner offers live in-play betting on cricket matches including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures. In-play odds are updated in real time. During live matches, odds may be suspended temporarily while critical events are verified (e.g., wicket reviews, DRS decisions). Any bets placed during a suspension period will be voided and stakes returned.
Match Abandonment and Postponement: For cricket betting, if a match is abandoned before a result can be determined under the governing body's rules, all bets on that match will be voided and stakes returned. If a match is postponed and rescheduled to a date within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time, all pre-match bets will stand for the rescheduled fixture. If rescheduled beyond 48 hours, bets will be voided.
Live Casino Rules: Live dealer games streamed from Evolution Gaming and Ezugi are governed by the rules displayed within the game stream. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live casino hand or round, the outcome of the round in progress at the time of disconnection will be determined by the game server's recorded state at the time of disconnection, which is the authoritative record. Any winnings or losses from that round will be applied to your balance accordingly.
Error and Malfunction: In the event of any malfunction, software error, hardware failure, or technical fault that affects gameplay — including incorrect odds being displayed, games loading incorrectly, or payouts being miscalculated — 2xwinner reserves the right to void affected bets and games and return stakes to Players. "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" is the governing principle applied in all such cases.
Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on 2xwinner. Players found to have engaged in any of the following will face immediate Account suspension, investigation, and — where the violation is confirmed — permanent closure of their Account with forfeiture of any balance therein:
- Multi-accounting: Registering, operating, or benefiting from more than one Account on the Platform, whether under your own identity or using false personal information.
- Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification, including submitting forged, altered, or borrowed identity documents.
- Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds that are derived from illegal activities, or using the Platform as a vehicle for layering or integrating illicit funds. 2xwinner maintains robust AML (Anti-Money Laundering) monitoring and will report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities without prior notice.
- Bonus Abuse: Deliberately exploiting promotional offers, including creating multiple Accounts to claim welcome bonuses repeatedly, or using systematic betting strategies designed to generate risk-free profit from bonus wagering requirements.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other Players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, share information in live poker or other competitive game formats, or artificially influence the outcome of any bet.
- Hacking and Technical Exploitation: Attempting to access, reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise exploit the Platform's software, RNG systems, game code, APIs, or payment infrastructure for any unauthorised purpose.
- Chargebacks: Disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, bank) after receiving the corresponding gaming services on the Platform. Any chargebacks initiated without legitimate basis will result in immediate Account suspension pending investigation.
- Use of Automated Tools: Using bots, scripts, automated software, or any other tool to place bets, play games, or interact with the Platform in a manner that is not conducted by a live human Player in real time.
- Sharing of Account Credentials: Allowing any third party to access your Account, play games, or place bets on your behalf. All activity on your Account is your sole responsibility.
- Underage Access: Any attempt to access the Platform by an individual under 18 years of age, or any facilitation of such access by an adult Account holder.
Account Suspension & Closure
Voluntary Closure: Players may close their Account at any time by contacting the 2xwinner support team via live chat or by emailing support@2xwinner. Upon receipt of a voluntary closure request, the Account will be closed within 24 hours. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding unconverted Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Player via their registered withdrawal method within 5 business days, subject to KYC completion.
Self-Exclusion Closure: Players who close their Account via the self-exclusion programme will have their Account access blocked for the duration of the chosen exclusion period. During self-exclusion, the Player will not receive any marketing communications from 2xwinner. Attempts to circumvent self-exclusion by re-registering under different details will result in permanent exclusion and may be reported to relevant authorities.
Involuntary Suspension by 2xwinner: 2xwinner reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: suspected prohibited conduct (as described in Section 7), failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time frame, suspected underage access, receipt of a regulatory instruction, detection of irregular betting patterns consistent with match-fixing, or the Account being used in a manner inconsistent with these Terms.
Notice of Suspension: Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, 2xwinner will notify the Account holder via their registered email address. The Player will be given a reasonable opportunity to respond to the investigation before any permanent action is taken, except in cases where immediate suspension is required to prevent ongoing harm (e.g., active fraud, suspected money laundering).
Balances on Closure: Where an Account is closed due to a confirmed terms violation, 2xwinner reserves the right to withhold the Account balance in full, including real-money funds, as permitted by these Terms. Where a balance is withheld, the Player will be provided with a written explanation via their registered email address. Where no terms violation is confirmed, real-money funds will be returned to the Player via the appropriate withdrawal method.
Appeal Process: Players who believe their Account has been suspended or closed in error may submit a formal appeal by emailing support@2xwinner with the subject line "Account Appeal — [Your Username]". Appeals are reviewed by a senior member of the compliance team within 5 business days. The outcome of the appeal process is final.
Liability & Disclaimer
Platform Availability: 2xwinner makes no guarantee of uninterrupted access to the Platform. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, unplanned technical outages, third-party service disruptions (including payment provider downtime), or events beyond our reasonable control. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where possible via in-platform notifications or email.
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 2xwinner's total liability to any Player in connection with their use of the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Exclusion of Consequential Loss: 2xwinner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, loss of opportunity, or any other economic loss — even if 2xwinner has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Third-Party Game Providers: The casino games available on 2xwinner are supplied by independent third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. While 2xwinner takes reasonable steps to ensure these games perform correctly, we are not responsible for errors, malfunctions, or interruptions originating within the game provider's own software or infrastructure. In such cases, the malfunction policy described in Section 6 applies.
Payment Provider Delays: 2xwinner is not liable for delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing that are caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any bank. Once 2xwinner has confirmed a withdrawal instruction to the payment provider, responsibility for the transfer timeline passes to that provider.
Internet and Device: Players are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection and compatible device when accessing the Platform. 2xwinner is not liable for bets, game sessions, or transactions that are disrupted, lost, or corrupted due to the Player's internet connection, browser, device hardware, or software environment.
Accuracy of Information: While 2xwinner takes reasonable care to ensure that odds, game information, promotional details, and Platform content are accurate and up to date, we do not warrant that all content is free from errors. Where a material error is identified — such as an odds pricing error — 2xwinner reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes, as described in Section 6.
No Warranty: The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Amendments to These Terms
Right to Amend: 2xwinner reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes may be required to reflect updates to our services, changes in applicable law or regulation, responses to industry developments, or improvements to the Platform's responsible gaming framework.
Notice of Changes: When material changes are made to these Terms, 2xwinner will provide notice to registered Players via one or more of the following methods: an in-platform notification displayed upon next login, an email to the Player's registered email address, or a prominent notice on the 2xwinner homepage. The updated Terms will carry a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
Continued Use as Acceptance: Following notification of a material change, if you continue to use the Platform — including logging in, placing a bet, playing a game, or making a deposit — you will be deemed to have accepted the revised Terms in full. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and contact support to close your Account before the revised Terms take effect.
Review Responsibility: It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically to stay informed of any updates. 2xwinner recommends revisiting this page each time you log in to your Account, particularly if you have not used the Platform for an extended period.
Entire Agreement: These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any promotion-specific terms published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and 2xwinner with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, representations, and warranties.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which will continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Language: These Terms & Conditions are published in English. In the event of any ambiguity in interpretation, the English-language version shall be the authoritative version.
